Other useful shortcuts

To remove vertical lines from email being forwarded;

Highlight all - Command/A

then - Command/Opt/Apostrophe

In the Finder, quickly change a folder or file’s name by clicking on it once to highlight it, then Tap on the Return key. The title of the file or folder will be now be editable.

After you press play on the uTube video at youtube.com hold down alt + cmd + a

Then look for a .flv file (viz. the largest file) click on it and the download will begin.

Make Alias without Tag - hold Option & Command click and drag out of window.

To choose a number of files from a larger list or group of files, click one on the first file you want, hold down the Shift key, then click on the last file at the end of the list. Reset SMC (or PMU for older laptops) make sure model is applicable to unit being reset;
